David Neil

David Neil of Des Moines, Iowa is the head of the state United Auto Workers Political Committee. He is also a former board member of Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

He was appointed to the Iowa Board of Regents, but he was forced to resign in 2005 because of a conflict of interest between Wellmark and the University of Iowa Hospital.
