Senate Amendment 101 in the 110th Congress, or Gregg amendment is an amendment by Senator Judd Gregg to insert TITLE X-SECOND LOOK AT WASTEFUL SPENDING ACT OF 2007, or what amounts to a line-item veto, into an amendment put forward by Olympia Snowe. Snowe's amendment is bipartisan substitute language for a minimum wage bill put forward by the Senate Committee on Finance for the minmuim wage bill passed by the House during the 100-Hour Plan.
