Bill Cahir was an Iraq War veteran running for congress in PA-05. He lost the April primary to Mark McCracken.

He feels our troops should come home only after the region is stabilized. His assessment after spending two terms serving in the Middle East is that the U.S. needs to stabilize the situation in Iraq and then start mapping its way out. He had a number of progressive ideas. [1]
