Belgium

A country in Europe at the heart of the European Union for which it serves some "capital city" functions, near France and the Netherlands. It is broken up into three parts as a federal state (which is a constitutional monarchy), the Dutch speaking Flemings of the North, the French speaking Walloons of the South, and the city-region of Brusssels.
