Barbara Marshall

Reelected in November 2004, Councilmember Barbara Marshall represents Council District 3, which covers Waimanalo, Kailua, and most of Kaneohe. In 2007, Marshall became the chairwoman of the Honolulu City Council.
Marshall, along with Charles Djou have been against the funding of rail mass transit system for Honolulu.
Barbara Marshall was a reporter for KHON Channel 2 TV News.
