Alan Steckman

Alan Steckman was the Democratic Nominee for Iowa House District 13, but he lost to the incumbent, see Iowa State House elections, 2006. House District 13 is located within Mason City, Iowa.

Steckman is a retired former Postmaster of Mason City, and he is an active volunteer in the community. He and his wife Sharon have four children and five grandchildren.
