Voting accessibility refers to issues involved in ensuring that voters with disabilities are able to vote. Accessibility requirements have often been construed, especially by vendors, as necessitating electronic voting, but there are non-electronic accessible voting systems, such as the VotePAD developed by Ellen Theisen.
