Music for America

From dKosopedia

Music for America is working to empower young people by exposing the connection between their cultural lives and the political process. Drawing upon the influence of passionate performers and inspiring events, MfA is creating an expansive and decentralized movement that encourages participatory democracy and rejuvenates the youth vote -- ultimately electing candidates with more progressive values to public office across the nation.

MfA supports new ideas and energy in politics, helps artists use their cultural sway to inspire their audiences to organize, and offers plenty of on-the-ground opportunities to become a participant rather than just a spectator in politics.
