Henry Kissinger

Henry Kissinger was Secretary of State during the administrations of Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. He is viewed with particular distrust by liberals and Democrats who see him as a bad actor, despite the "elder statesman" role he adopted after his period of public service.
