Ecumenical
From dKosopedia
To be ecumenical, means to try to reach across denominational boundaries to seek common purposes and connections. In its extreme, two or more religious denominations working towards being ecumenical may merge. The National Council of Churches is an ecumenical group that encompasses most mainline and liberal leaning Christian denominations in the United States.
