A program of the George Mason University School of Law, the Law and Economics Center offers training seminars in Law and Economics to federal and state court judges.

According to the LEC's web site, since the lectures first began in 1976, 800 judges have attended an their programs, including two members of the Supreme Court, and over a third of Article III federal judges. Beginning in 2001, the LEC offered its courses to state court appellate judges, and since then 108 have attended.
